No other terms have been reviewed or included in this proposal. <br /> <br />Terms of payment are, all payments are due net 45 days of invoice: <br /> <br />90% upon shipment, partials are acceptable. <br />5% upon acceptance and testing, not to exceed 180 days from delivery. <br />5% upon completion of all documentation, not to exceed 180 days from delivery. <br /> <br />All extensions of credit are subject to the approval of our Credit Department. As a condition to <br />acceptance of an order, you agree to furnish copies of fully executed Payment Bonds protecting us and to <br />the execution of a Joint Check Agreement if considered necessary, at our discretion. The equipment is <br />subject to Flowserve's standard warranty, extended to twenty-four (24) months from start-up, not to <br />exceed thirty (30) months from acceptance of delivery. <br /> <br />Any additional or different terms and conditions included in any acceptance of this offer are expressly <br />disclaimed in advance and unless there is prior mutual agreement otherwise, shall not become a part of <br />any contract resulting from this offer.
