Main Pumps MP-l, 2, 3, 4, 5: Five (5) Flowserve model 16ENL-3 stage vertical turbine "can- <br />type" pumps with 250 Hp 1800 rpm motors, less the Suction Cans <br /> <br />B. Cast iron bowls and bell, fitted with bronze bowl wearing rings <br /> <br />C. Bronze impellers, fitted with bronze impeller wearing rings <br /> <br />D. Bronze bowl bearings . <br /> <br />E. 316 SS pump bowl shaft, all shafting will be sized for a future 300 hp motor. <br /> <br />F. 12" diameter steel flanged-end column pipe, 316 SS open line shaft with threaded couplings, <br />and rubber bearings <br /> <br />G. Fabricated steel discharge head with 12" diameter, 150# ANSI flanged-end <br /> <br />H. Mechanical Seal, balanced, cartridge-type, (integral seal water system in conformance with <br />Flowserve Piping Plan 13 or equivalent.) <br /> <br />1. Flanged spacer coupling, for connection of pump to motor shaft <br /> <br />J. All assembly hardware 316 SS <br /> <br />K. Spring plates, maybe supplied, should the critical speed analysis determine that the desired <br />speed range cannot be accommodated by discharge head modifications only, based on the <br />completed FEA analysis. <br />
