Witnessed factory performance test on each complete pump, using its assigned motor, at <br />the design speed only. All tests are based on the latest requirements ofRI standards. <br /> <br />M. Surface prep and Tnemec Series 140 Pota-pox epoxy coating, NSF approved: aD bowls, <br />OD/ID column, ill discharge heads. The ill of the bowls are epoxy lined. Discharge head <br />exteriors will be coated with 2 coats of Tnemec 135 Chembuild. <br /> <br />N. 316 ss studs and nuts for connecting the discharge head to the existing cans. <br /> <br />O. Spare Parts, total, not for each pump: <br /> <br />Two (2) complete sets of all bowl & impeller wearing rings <br />Two (2) complete sets of all pump gaskets & o-ring seals <br />Two (2) complete mechanical seals wi sleeve <br /> <br />P. 250 hp I 1800 rpm WP1, vertical solid shaft, 3/60/460v inverter duty motors, premium <br />efficient, with a 1.15 sf, Class F insulation, non-reverse ratchet, space heater, thermostats, and <br />an oversized main conduit box wi ground lug. Each motor will receive a Non-witnessed <br />Routine test. <br /> <br />Q. Seismic, Reed Critical Frequency, & Torsional Analysis certified calculations <br /> <br />R. Field Services for equiplnent checks after installation, assistance with start-up, and the Owner's <br />field testing and training of City personnel: one (1) man, five (5) days, three (3) trips. In <br />addition to this service is (1) trip by Flowserve personnel to complete a vibration test and report <br />on all installed pumps. Should additional service be required this will be charged at 750$ per <br />day furnished by Pacific Water Resources, should direct Flowserve service be required, <br />published rates would apply. <br /> <br />m. Off-loading at jobsite, Any labor or tools for Installation or Field services, Field operation, or <br />Field performance testing, or any test instruments, including, or noise testing instruments or <br />analysis <br /> <br />B. Suction Cans, existing <br /> <br />C. Suction or Discharge piping, tie rods, leveling screws, fittings, etc. <br /> <br />D. Air release I Vacuum valves, etc., per section 2.04.B <br /> <br />E. Seal water or drain accessories such as piping, flow indicators, pressure reducing valves, Y <br />strainers, fittings or tubing. <br />
