(MTCo) to conduct a fietd topographical sui'vey, <br />prepare design platl~, specUications, and engineer's estimate (PS&E) for cOllstmctloll, and provide <br />design SUPPOlt during constmctioll. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF PROPOSED CIVIL DESIGN SERVICES <br /> <br />MTCo win p~'ovide Civil El\glt1eerh~g Des~gn Services for the project as follows: <br /> <br />1) TOll~gl'nphlcal ~l~rvey <br />MTC9 will complete a topographic SUl'v~y for the proposed ral~p JOCft,tiOll. The sUlvey and <br />mapping ~vill be done in the California Coordinate System, 1983, and the North Anierican <br />Vertical Datull1 (NA VD) 1~88, o~ a~ d4'~Qted l>y the City.
