Reciprocal Vehicular Parking Rights and Ingress and Egress Rights between the <br />City of Redwood City and the Belmont - Redwood Shores Elementary School <br />District"; and "License Agreement," copies of which are on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, are hereby approved and the City Manager, and the City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, the agreements (in form <br />approved by the City Attorney) for an on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby directed and <br />authorized to execute and attest, respectively, any and all documents which are <br />deemed necessary to effectuate the transfer of title of the Property to the District <br />(in form acceptable to the City Attorney) pursuant to and in furtherance of the <br />terms and conditions of the Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section $. The Mayor of the City of Redwood City is hereby directed <br />and authorized to execute the grant deed transferring fee title of the Property to <br />the District. <br /> <br /> Section 6. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to transmit the "Offer <br />to Purchase" agreement to the District and execute escrow instructions and other <br />escrow documents which are deemed necessary to effectuate the transfer of the <br />Property to District. <br /> <br /> Section 7, This Ordinance shall become effective (30) days from the <br />date of its approval. <br /> <br />O~d-05~ 3 <br />f:/shared/redwood/council <br />FXS:mge 2154 <br />11/12/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
