H. Although in compliance with the height limitation of the CG <br /> Zoning District classification, the Development is not <br /> compatible with nearby housing, and does not conform to <br /> the "low-rise office/R & D" designation for the property <br /> contained in the Specific Plan; <br /> <br /> I. The Development conflicts with the intention of Policy 17 of <br /> the Specific Plan to provide a compatible buffer zone <br /> between the adjoining residential uses and the aforesaid <br /> industrial-type public use; <br /> <br /> J. At the time that application for a vesting tentative map for <br /> the Development (which map designates the aforesaid <br /> Parcels 8A and 8B as map Parcels 4 and 5) was completed <br /> or deemed completed pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Government Code Section 66498.1, the CG Zoning District <br /> classification was effective; <br /> <br /> K. Similarly, the CG Zoning District classification was in effect <br /> at the time an architectural permit for the <br /> Development was issued pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Article 45 (commencing with § 45.1) of the Zon.Ord; <br /> <br /> L.
