<br /> <br />6.3E <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010- <br />2011 FOR THE REDWOOD ~ SHORES LANDSCAPE <br />MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1995-1 AND REQUESTING <br />THAT THE COUNTY CONTROLLER LEVY THE ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 28, 1997, voters in the Redwood Shores Landscape <br />Maintenance District No. 1995-1 approved by majority vote the levy of annual <br />assessments in accordance with the approved assessment formula; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby approves the proposed assessments set forth in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto, for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 for the Redwood Shores <br />Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1. <br /> <br />2.
