r-- -" ll' l . , 83: Zoppe Italian Family Circus B3.1 Plan and prepare the budget and logistics for the event to be reviewed and approved by the Agency. Coordinate and obtain the required City permits. All permit fees will be paid directly by the Agency. B3.2 Solicit cash sponsorships from nonprofits, corporations and individuals to help offset the Agency's cost to fund the Circus. All cash sponsorships shall be by check to made payable to the "Redwood City Redevelopment Agency". B3.3 Advise and provide assistance to Redwood City's Parks and Recreation Department with the research and implementation of an online ticket program if requested. 83.4 Provide sub-contractors to assist with the event production including, but not limited to, installation and removal of the tent and dirt, and the set-up and clean-up of the event area. B3.41 The Agency will reimburse the costs for labor performed by the sub- contractors, equipment rentals, and materials to Labadie Productions in the amount not to exceed five-thousand dollars ($5,000). B3.42 Labadie Productions will provide detailed invoices for the subcontractor's services, including the date of service, a description of services performed, and canceled checks to claim any reimbursement. TASK C: MISCELLANEOUS C1 Provide support services as necessary with respect to unanticipated events and activities held in the downtown area, including, but not limited to, serving as event coordinator, providing staff to assist with event production, coordinating with and assisting City staff with respect to such event production and providing any other support services which are mutually agreeable in writing to both Parties C2 Evaluate the effectiveness and offer lessons learned for events managed and organized during the contract period with City and Agency staff.
