Develop a logistic plan for <br />the events for review and approval by the Agency one month prior to each <br />event date. <br /> <br />B 1 .2 Prepare an itemized budget of the event cost for review and approval by <br />the Agency prior to each event. <br /> <br />B1.3 Provide relevant event information upon request from the Redwood City's <br />Parks and Recreation Department or other City department on or before <br />the respective departments' due date. <br /> <br />B 1.4 Dedicate as necessary the appropriate Labadie Productions members or <br />volunteers to assist with the event production. <br /> <br />B 1.5 Confirm in writing or electronic mail all relevant services requested from <br />the City's Parks and Recreation Services Department and other <br />departments within five business days prior to the date of the event. <br />Services include City overseeing the arts and crafts area and the set <br />upltear down of the Redevelopment Agency owned equipment. <br /> <br />B 1.6 Provide in writing the results of each event to the Agency, including <br />number of attendees and anecdotal observations. <br /> <br />B2: Cultural Concerts (3 event days) <br />B2.1 Identify and seek Artists to perform at Courthouse Square in Redwood <br />City. All contracts will be executed between the Artists and the Redwood <br />City Parks and Recreation Department. <br /> <br />B2.2 Labadie Productions will negotiate the terms of each contract on behalf of <br />the City. All contract terms must be pre-approved by the City's Parks and <br />Recreation Department before contracts are signed by the Artist. <br /> <br />B2.3 Submit all contracts signed by the Artists within ten working days from <br />signature date to the City's Park and Recreation Department. <br /> <br />B2.4 Provide in writing the results of each event to the Agency, including <br />number of attendees and anecdotal observations to the downtown <br />businesses. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2010.037 <br />042810 <br /> <br />11 <br />
