By resolution, amend the Kaiser Downtown Medial Campus Precise Plan (Kaiser <br />Precise Plan) to allow the following modifications: <br />i. Relocate new hospital's primary entrance from Veterans Blvd. to the campus <br />interior with vehicular access provided from Marshall Court and Maple Street. <br />ii. Open Marshall Court cul-du sac to allow vehicular access into the campus and <br />to the new hospital's primary entrance. <br />iii. Relocate ambulance drop-off area from Walnut Street to Veterans Boulevard. <br />iv. Relocate and reconfigure Walnut Street Emergency Department (ED) drop-off <br />and walk-in area. <br />v. Revise Walnut Street and Veterans Blvd. setback and frontage improvement <br />standards to allow: <br />
