By motion, authorize an Agreement with ITT Water & Wastewater USA, Inc. of <br />Fairfield, CA in the amount of $156,450 for preventative maintenance and <br />repair services of various sized ITT Flygt submersible sewage pumps. <br /> <br />2. By motion (and affirmative vote of at least five members of the Council), <br />approve sole source purchase of replacement pumps in the amount of $55,646 <br />for sewer lift station 10 and life station 23. <br /> <br />C.
