Amendment No. 1 to the 2009-2010 Tree Preservation and Sidewalk <br />Replacement Project Agreement with SpenCon Construction, Inc. <br />Staff contact: Mike Gibbons, Public Works Superintendent 780-7493 mgibbons@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion approve Amendment No. 1 to the 2009-2010 Tree Preservation and <br />Sidewalk Replacement Project Agreement with SpenCon Construction, Inc. in the <br />amount of $500,000, and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to ten percent of the amount awarded. <br /> <br />E. Determination of Completion - Redwood City Recycled Water Project - <br />Phase I - Bayfront Distribution System - Bid Package 8 (East Bayshore <br />Road, Bair Island Road, Redwood Creek, Highway 101, and Maple Street). <br /> <br />Staff contact: Phong Du, Senior Civil Engineer 780-7385 pdu@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />By motion, determine that the Redwood City Recycled Water Project - Phase I - <br />Bayfront Distribution System - Bid Package 8 (East Bayshore Road, Bair Island <br />Road, Redwood Creek, Highway 101, and Maple Street) (the "Project") is <br />complete. <br /> <br />6.2 Resolutions <br /> <br />A. Application for Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) and/or <br />Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) funds for the <br />2010-2011 Street Overlay project. <br /> <br />Staff contact: Kevin Fehr, Assistant Engineer 780-5923 kfehr@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a "Resolution of Local Support" to allow staff's application for <br />STP/CMAQ funding. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR SURFACE <br />TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM AND CONGESTION MITIGATION AND AIR <br />QUALITY IMPROVEMENT FUNDS AND STATING THE ASSURANCE TO <br />COMPLETE THE 2010-2011 STREET OVERLAY PROJECT <br /> <br />2.
