Adoption of the Redevelopment Agency Final Fiscal Year (FY) 2010-2011 <br />Budget - City Council/Redevelopment Aaencv Board. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt the resolution of the Redevelopment Agency approving the annual budget <br />for FY 2010-2011. <br /> <br />RDA RESOLUTION No.10-07 OF REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />ADOPTING THE BUDGET OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2010 - JUNE 30, 2011 AND PROVIDING FOR THE <br />APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE OF ALL SUMS SET FORTH IN SAID BUDGET <br /> <br />C. Summary Vacation of Public Right-of-Way - Winslow Street Realignment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a Resolution, summarily vacating a portion of Winslow Street, reserving a <br />20 foot-wide PG&E easement, and accepting an easement deed and a grant deed <br />from San Mateo County, pursuant to the Land Exchange Agreement. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 15035 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY AND RESERVING AN <br />EASEMENT; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT THE GRANT DEEDS IN <br />EXCHANGE THEREFOR; AND TO FILE SAID DEEDS FOR RECORDATION <br />(WINSLOW STREET REALIGNMENT) <br /> <br />D. Enactment of a policy on the use of technology and computer hardware <br />prohibiting access to internet, intranet, electronic mail and texting during <br />noticed meetings (applicable to the City Council and Boards, Commissions <br />and Committees). <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve a Resolution adopting a policy that prohibits accessibility to certain <br />applications during City Council and Boards, Commission and Committee <br />meetings. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 15036 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD ENACTING <br />A POLICY REGARDING THE USE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE DURING CITY <br />COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES MEETINGS <br /> <br />E.
