STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />A. City Council appointments to the Port Commission. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Appoint two applicants to the Port Commission. Council action will be to vote for <br />two seats that will expire July 31, 2014. <br /> <br />The City Council unanimously appointed Richard Dodge (incumbent) and Tom <br />Cronin with six votes. Mayor Ira voted for Larry Aikins for his many years of service. <br />The two appointees will serve terms that expire July 31,2014. Council Member Foust was <br />absent on both votes.
