Request the County Controller levy assessments for Fiscal Year 2010/2011 for <br />the Seaport Centre Maintenance District in the amount of $187,000. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.15038 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE SEAPORT CENTRE MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICT AND REQUESTING "THAT THE COUNTY CONTROLLER LEVY THE <br />ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />B. Levy of Benefit Assessments for Fiscal Year 2010/2011 the Seaport <br />Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt resolution for the Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District, <br />contingent to the result of the District's property owners' election, to: <br /> <br />1. Approve the assessments for Fiscal Years 2010-2011 through 2014-2015, and <br /> <br />2. Request that the County Controller levy assessments for Fiscal Year <br />2010/2011 for the Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District in the <br />amount of $212,500. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 15039 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE SEAPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPE <br />MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND REQUESTING THAT THE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR <br />LEVY THE ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />8. STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />A. City Council appointments to the Port Commission. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Appoint two applicants to the Port Commission. Council action will be to vote for <br />two seats that will expire July 31, 2014. <br /> <br />The City Council unanimously appointed Richard Dodge (incumbent) and Tom <br />Cronin with six votes. Mayor Ira voted for Larry Aikins for his many years of service. <br />The two appointees will serve terms that expire July 31,2014. Council Member Foust was <br />absent on both votes.
