Schedule "A~' Agreement <br /> <br />Schedille "A" is the preventative maintenance agreement which addresses parts & labor to <br />perform a 21 point inspection on your 60 rlygt SEWAGE pumps located thm out the Redwood <br />City~ Redwood Shores District. Parts include O-ring kits, wear rings, impellers, volutes and other <br />parts that may need to be replaced during our inspection. Flygt estimates the job will require 2 <br />Flygt technicians, over the cour~e of20'days, 19 complete the entire 21 point inspection. The fee <br />for the schedule "A" agreehlent is $94,,000.00 which wiII be invoiced to the customer after the <br />completion of our inspection. <br /> <br />2. Schedule "B" Agreement <br /> <br />Schedule "B"is for any additional shop pump repairs, overhauls, or replacement of purilps\vhich <br />arenal incIudeil with the schedule "A" agreement. ITT Water & Wastewater Flygt U.S.A. will not <br />repan- or replace any of the customer's equipment without written authorization from the customer. <br />Ifsuch repairs or replacement pumps are requested by the City of Redwood City, ITT Water & <br />Wastewater Flygt U.S.A. may require a separate purchase order from the customer to proceed. <br />Please see separate schedule "B" addendum for price estimates & product availability.
