(VAC) <br /> <br />o Check voltage balance between all phases OIl the toad side* of tbepump control with pump on. (V AC) <br /> <br />o Check amperage draws on all phases of the pmnp motor. (InAmps) <br /> <br />o Check condition and operation of motor therrrial protectors control system(ifso equipped). <br /> <br />o Removal ofFlygt pump. fi'om lift station for physical inspection. <br /> <br />Cl Check condition ofupper shaft seals (inspect condition of motor housing). <br /> <br />Q Check condition and operation of leakage detector (if so equipped). <br /> <br />o Checldowershaft seals (inspect condition of oil). <br /> <br />Q Change oilifneeded (cost of oil included). <br /> <br />CJ Checkfor ,,,,'om or loose impeller. <br /> <br />o Check all impeller wear rings.
