<br />(C(Q)~1f <br /> <br />(d) Maritime commerce benefits include not only local benefits through the <br /> <br />provision of land for industrial-related future tenants of the Port and associated jobs, but <br /> <br />also enhancement of both national and international maritime commerce, which purposes <br /> <br />the Port serves. <br /> <br />( e) The redevelopment of the Wharves will create a safer environmental for all <br /> <br />workers and users of the Port maritime facilities. <br /> <br />(f) The Project will most likely increase Port's revenues. <br /> <br />(g) The Project will have a positive effect, although intangible in nature, in <br /> <br />enhancing both the private and governmental image of the Port, consistent with current <br /> <br />and anticipated future commercial and social goals of the Port. Said effect includes <br /> <br />community pride and local, nationwide and international recognition. <br /> <br />9.
