Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and <br />will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There is no separate discussion of these <br />items unless a Council Member or Citizen so requests, in which event the item is <br />removed from the Consent Calendar and considered in its normal sequence on the <br />agenda. <br />M/S Hartnett/Ruskin to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br />7.1 Section - Motions <br />A. Motion to approve the minutes of the meetings of December 9, 2002, Special <br />Closed Session of December 16, 2002 and Special meeting of December 16, <br />2002 as submitted; (301) MINUTE ORDER 03-01 <br />B. Motion to review and file the Transportation Impact Fee Account Report for Fiscal <br />Years 2000/2001 and 2001/2002; (505) MINUTE ORDER 03 -02 <br />C. Motion to accept the 2001 -2002 Street Overlay Project, and authorize the release <br />of payment bond and retention (O'Grady Paving, Inc.);(304) MINUTE ORDER 03 -03 <br />D. Motion to approve the award of contract for the Municipal Services Center Men's <br />Toilet & Shower Area Ceramic Tile Floor Replacement Project to the lowest <br />responsible bidder, California Tile Installer of San Jose, California, for their low bid <br />of $14,560.00 and reject all other bids; (304) MINUTE ORDER 03 -04 <br />E. Motion to approve the Contract Documents and award the contract for the 2002- <br />2003 Carpet Replacement Project to the lowest responsible bidder, Spectra <br />Contract Flooring of Burlingame, California, for their low bid of $164,470.00, and <br />reject all other bids; (304) MINUTE ORDER 03 -05 <br />F.
