At that time and place any persons interested, including any persons <br />owning property in the District, will be heard. <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause notice of said public <br />hearing to be given by publication one time in a newspaper of general circulation <br />circulated within the City. The publication of said notice shall be completed at least <br />seven (7) days before the date herein set for said public hearing. The notice shall be <br />substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit 0 of the Resolution of Intention and shall be <br />inconformity with the provisions of Section 53346 of the Law. <br /> <br />Section 6.
