Motion carries unanimously by voice <br />vote. <br /> <br />M/S Seybert/Bain to adopt the actions before Council (one through five) and approve the <br />Resolution. <br />One Council Member asked for confirmation that the remodel is in accordance with the <br />Precise Plan. Staff confirmed that was a fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried by electronic vote with Council Member Gee recused and Vice Mayor <br />Aguirre absent. Minute Order 10-137 <br /> <br />B. Companion Report to 7 A: Approval of Construction Improvement Agreement <br />for 1100 Veterans Boulevard, Kaiser Hospital (this item is not a public hearing). <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve by motion, the execution of a construction improvement agreement with <br />Kaiser Permanente, for construction improvements at 1100 Veterans Boulevard. <br /> <br />M/S Foust/Seybert to approve the item. Motion carried by electronic vote with Council <br />Member Gee recused and Vice Mayor Aguirre absent. <br /> <br />Minute Order 10-138 <br /> <br />C. Public Hearing to Review and Receive Comments on City of Redwood City <br />Water Utility Services Division Public Health Goal Report. <br />Receive and acknowledge comments from the public on the Report and refer any <br />comments to the Public Works Services Department for consideration and to <br />address as appropriate. <br /> <br />Council Member Gee rejoined the Council at the dais. <br />Justin Ezell, Public Works Superintendent, spoke about Public Water Health Goals <br />providing details on water issues (presentation on file). He not only shared statistics but <br />also measures on lead reduction. One Council Member inquired about the 430/0 of <br />samples below the Public Health Goal. Another Council Member asked for a time history <br />analysis, and if an education program would be worth it. Another Council Member <br />pondered if this information is shared with the schools and Mr. Ezell said not at this time. <br /> <br />Mayor Ira opened the public hearing. <br />There was no public comment. <br />M/S Seybert/Pierce to close the public hearing. Motion carries by voice vote with Vice <br />Mayor Aguirre absent. <br /> <br />M/S Gee/Pierce to acknowledge receipt of the report.
