This portion is also part of the Bay Trait
project SM-27. This unbuilt portion currently is an unimproved levee trail that provides
access from Whipple Ave. to Bair Island Road. The grade issues where
the trail intersects with Whipple Ave. and Bair Island Road will also be addressed to
comply with ADA standards. Access to and function of the parkinS! lot at Bair Island
Road will also be considered and designed.

How does the project improve air quality?
