PROJECT m-~ERIENCE <br /> <br />Topographic Surveys and i~a~in~ - Survey and prepare topographic Maps for <br />residential, co~ercial and industrial sites. Our clients range from small to <br />large residences (575+/- sites), c©~erciat projects including small businesses <br />to surveys for Avis, Applebees, Chevron, Pacific Bell (10 sites) and industrial <br />sites ranging from small factories to sites as large as the General Motors <br />Corporation. <br /> <br />Property Line Surv~s and Map~in~ - Surveys for residential sites (675+/-), <br />including Final and Parcel Maps, Records of Survey, Corner Records, Minor <br />Boundary Line Adjustments and other documentation for Public Agencies. Surveys <br />for Commercial and Industrial sites (325+/- sites) for submittals to Public <br />Agencies. <br /> <br />Surv~}/in~ and ~n~ineerin~ Services - for municipalities, counties, and services <br />required by state and federal agencies. These public agencies include the <br />Counties of San Mateo, Matin arid Sonoma, the Cities of Pale Alto, Foster City, <br />Pacifica, San Carles and miscellaneous agencies including the Port of Oakland, <br />Sanitary Districts and Water Agencies. <br /> <br />Construction Staking - Construction staking was included for most of the above <br />projects (750 +/-). Most of the construction staking was for residential <br />projects (400+/-). The remaining projects include grading projects, utility <br />construction and miscellaneous other construction ranging from small projects to <br />larger, including the Mount Zion Cancer Center located in San Francisco, CA. <br /> <br />En~ineerinv Services - Engineering including design of Private (on-site) and <br />Public (Off-site) Improvements for residential, coImmercial and industrial sites. <br />Improvements include streets/driveways, drainage facilities and other private <br />and public improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
