SWC:sh 6/20/86 <br /> <br /> BY-LAWS OF THE REDWOOD CITY PUBLIC FACILITIES <br /> AND INFRASTRUCTURE AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> ARTICLE I - THE AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> Section 1. Name of Authority. The name of the Authority <br />shall be the "Redwood City Public Facilities and Infrastructure <br />Authority". <br /> <br /> Section 2. Office of Authority. The office of the <br />Authority shall be at City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood <br />City, California, or at such place in the City of Redwood City, <br />California as the Authority may from time to time designate by <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE II OFFICERS <br /> <br /> Section 1. Officers. The officers of the Authority shall <br />be a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, a secretary, an assistant <br />secretary and a treasurer. Such other officers as may be deemed <br />necessary may be appointed by the members of the Authority. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Chairperson. The chairperson shall be the Mayor <br />of the City of Redwood City. He or she shall preside at all <br />meetings of the Authority. Except as otherwise authorized by <br />resolution of the Authority, the Chairperson shall sign all <br />contracts, deeds and other instruments made by the Authority. At <br />each meeting the Chairperson shall submit such recommendations <br />and information as he or she may consider proper concerning the <br />business affairs and policies of the Authority. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Vice-Chairperson. The vice-chairperson shall be <br />the Vice-Mayor of the City of Redwood City. He or she shall <br />perform the duties of the chairperson in the absence, incapacity, <br />refusal or inability of the chairperson to act. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Secretary. The secretary shall be the City <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City. He or she shall attend all <br />meetings of the Authority and keep and maintain a full and true <br />record of all proceedings of the Authority, keep all records of <br />the Authority, and shall perform all duties incident to the <br />office of secretary. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Assistant Secretary. The assistant secretary <br />shall be the Senior Deputy City Clerk of the City of Redwood <br />City. He or she shall perform the duties of the secretary in the <br />absence, incapacity, refusal or inability of the secretary to <br />act. <br /> <br /> Section 6. Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be the Director <br />of Finance of the City of Redwood City. It shall be the <br />Treasurer's duty to receive and safely keep all monies and <br />securities belonging to the Authority and coming into the <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
