SWC:sh 6/20/86 <br /> <br />Treasurer's hands, and to pay out the same only on warrants <br />signed by the proper officers, except the principal and interest <br />due on bonds of the Authority. The Treasurer shall deposit, with <br />such depositories as are provided by law, all funds coming into <br />said Treasurer's possession. All interest on money so deposited <br />shall accrue to the benefit of the Authority. The Treasurer may <br />invest such Authority funds as are not required for immediate <br />expenditures in any instruments as are provided for by law for <br />the investment of public funds generally. <br /> <br /> Section 7. Additional Duties. The officers of the <br />Authority shall perform such other duties as may be required by <br />the Authority of the by-laws or rules and regulations of the <br />Authority. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE III - MEETINGS <br /> <br /> Section 1. Regular Meetings. A regular meeting of the <br />Authority shall be held without notice on the first Monday of <br />June of each year, immediately following adjournment of the <br />preceding City Council meeting, which begins at 7:30 P.M. in the <br />Supervisors' Chambers of the Hall of Justice and Records, 401 <br />Marshall Street, Redwood City, California. In the event such <br />regular meeting date shall be a holiday, the meeting shall be <br />held on the date of the next regularly scheduled City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Special Meetings. Special meetings may be <br />called at any time by the chairperson or by a majority of members <br />of the Authority by delivering personally or by mail written <br />notice to each member of the Authority and to each local <br />newspaper of general circulation, radio or television station <br />requesting notice in writing. Such notice must be delivered <br />personally or by mail at least 24 hours before the time of such <br />meeting as specified by notice. Said notice shall specify the <br />time and place of said meeting and the business to be transacted. <br />No other business shall be considered at such meetings. Such <br />notice shall be dispensed with as to any member of the Authority <br />who at or prior to the time the meeting convenes files with the <br />Secretary of the Authority a written waiver of notice, or as to <br />any member of the Authority who is actually present at the <br />meeting at the time it convenes. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Public Meetings. All meetings of the Authority <br />shall be open to the public. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Order of Business. At the regular meetings of <br />the Authority the following shall be the order of business: <br /> <br /> 1. Roll Call. <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes of the previous meeting. <br /> 3. Agenda Items. <br /> 4. Adjournment. <br /> <br /> <br />
