SWC:sh 6/20/86 Treasurer's hands, and to pay out the same only on warrants signed by the proper officers, except the principal and interest due on bonds of the Authority. The Treasurer shall deposit, with such depositories as are provided by law, all funds coming into said Treasurer's possession. All interest on money so deposited shall accrue to the benefit of the Authority. The Treasurer may invest such Authority funds as are not required for immediate expenditures in any instruments as are provided for by law for the investment of public funds generally. Section 7. Additional Duties. The officers of the Authority shall perform such other duties as may be required by the Authority of the by-laws or rules and regulations of the Authority. ARTICLE III - MEETINGS Section 1. Regular Meetings. A regular meeting of the Authority shall be held without notice on the first Monday of June of each year, immediately following adjournment of the preceding City Council meeting, which begins at 7:30 P.M. in the Supervisors' Chambers of the Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California. In the event such regular meeting date shall be a holiday, the meeting shall be held on the date of the next regularly scheduled City Council meeting. Section 2. Special Meetings. Special meetings may be called at any time by the chairperson or by a majority of members of the Authority by delivering personally or by mail written notice to each member of the Authority and to each local newspaper of general circulation, radio or television station requesting notice in writing. Such notice must be delivered personally or by mail at least 24 hours before the time of such meeting as specified by notice. Said notice shall specify the time and place of said meeting and the business to be transacted. No other business shall be considered at such meetings. Such notice shall be dispensed with as to any member of the Authority who at or prior to the time the meeting convenes files with the Secretary of the Authority a written waiver of notice, or as to any member of the Authority who is actually present at the meeting at the time it convenes. Section 3. Public Meetings. All meetings of the Authority shall be open to the public. Section 4. Order of Business. At the regular meetings of the Authority the following shall be the order of business: 1. Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes of the previous meeting. 3. Agenda Items. 4. Adjournment.
