PUBLIC COMMENT - None <br />4. Motion- <br />A. M/S Hartnett/Howard to approve the Minutes of the last Redevelopment Agency <br />meetings of November 4, 2002, November 18, 2002 and December 9, 2002. The <br />motion passed by a unanimous voice vote. <br />5. General — <br />RD MO 03 -01 <br />A. Proposed International Cycling Event (proposed world class bicycle race <br />titled "2003 Sea Otter Classic Elite Road Stage Race "); <br />(This is a joint item with the City Council meeting Item 8.A of January 13, 2003) <br />Downtown Development Manager Moeller described a proposal for a world class <br />professional cycling event in Redwood City. She stated that the proposal was <br />brought to staff approximately 2 -1/2 months ago and staff feels that having a <br />program of signature events and activities in the Downtown is part of the <br />revitalization program.
