10. A. Legislation (information only) - This sub - section involves possible <br />discussion of City Position on Proposed Legislation Described in the League of <br />California Cities Priority Focus Bulletin. No new bulletin was available at this time. <br />Council may direct staff to act on positions taken by Council. (Copies of League of <br />California Cities Priority Focus available in City Clerk's Department). <br />10.B. Mayor Claire — stated he has assigned Council Member Ruskin to be the <br />liaison between San Carlos and Redwood City to study the Cordilleras Creek flooding <br />issue and how the two cities along with the County might solve the problem. <br />Mayor Claire also stated he and Vice Mayor are assigned to the Audit Committee. <br />10.C. Council Member Pierce — stated that the joint Child Care project with Max <br />Keech is fabulous and is located next to the hotel in Redwood Shores on Twin Dolphin <br />Drive. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARING -None <br />12. BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES - None <br />13. CLOSED SESSION - No action to report <br />14.
