4. I B -2 <br />Prepare Design DevelopmeAt Report <br />Request for Proposal's (RFP's) were sent out to four consulting firms. After review of <br />the submitted RFPs, the proposal from Winzler & Kelly Consulting Engineers in the <br />amount of $219,062 was selected, and is considered a reasonable fee for the required <br />engineering services. <br />A complete copy of the agreement is available for review in the City Clerk's office. <br />Alternative <br />Council can elect to not enter into the agreement with Winzler & Kelly Consulting <br />Engineers, and thus, delay the last phase of the Flood Control Program. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Funds in the amount of $9,000,000 are appropriated in the FY 2000 - 2001 Capital <br />Improvement Program, for these services. <br />Chu Chang <br />Senior Civil E <br />a4 1-- <br />Ed Everett <br />City Manager <br />CC ss <br />S 7, braryheportsichu _Consultanf_Baylront Canal Improvements <br />
