Ziegenmeyer, Partner <br /> <br />I ntrod uction <br />Mr. Ziegenmeyer is a partner with Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, a real estate appraisal firm that <br />engages in a wide variety of real estate valuation and consultation assignments. In 1989, Mr. <br />.Ziegenmeyer began his career in real estate as a controller for a commercial and residential real estate <br />development corporation. In 1991 he began appraising and continued to be involved in appraisal <br />assignments covering a wide variety of properties, including office, retail, industrial, income residential <br />and subdivisions throughout the Central Valley area of California, Northern Nevada, and within the <br />Sacramento Metropolitan Area. Mr. Ziegenmeyer has developed the expertise and background <br />necessary to deal with complex assignments covering a wide range of property types.
