The appraisal <br />was used for bond underwriting purposes and was <br />prepared for the City of Sacramento. <br /> <br />The hypothetical market valuation of a proposed <br />master planned community that will include 847.2 acres <br />of land designated for 1,783 residential lots and a 9.7- <br />acre commercial component. The appraisal will be <br />used for bond underwriting purposes and was prepared <br />for the County of Placer. <br /> <br />This assignment involved the hypothetical cumulative <br />or aggregate, valuation of a sizeable portion of the <br />existing Serrano master planned community. The <br />appraisal included 1,597 single-family residential lots, <br />382 custom single-family residential lots, 33.05 acres of <br />commercial land and 344 existing single-family <br />residences. The appraisal will be used for bond <br />underwriting purposes and was prepared for the <br />County of EI Dorado. <br /> <br />This project involved the valuation of Bridgeway Lakes, <br />a high-end 609-lot single-family residential community <br />located in the South port area of West Sacramento. Lot <br />densities within the project varied from low and medium <br />density to rural estate lots. This report was prepared for <br />the City of West Sacramento. <br /> <br />This assignment concerned the valuation of 252 single- <br />family lots and 252 proposed multifamily units <br />comprising the Parella residential community in the <br />Southport area of West Sacramento.
