The appraisal was <br />used for bond underwriting purposes and was <br />prepared for Western Hills Water District. <br /> <br />This appraisal included the valuation of a portion of <br />the proposed, and partially improved, Plumas Lake <br />Specific Plan area, and comprised 3,314 detached <br />single-family residential lots. The appraisal was used <br />for bond underwriting purposes and was prepared for <br />the Olivehurst Public Utility District. <br /> <br />This assignment involved the valuation of an <br />assessment district containing commercial and <br />residential components comprising 5.66 acres of <br />commercial land, 882 single-family residential lots and <br />15.8 acres of multifamily land. The appraisal was used <br />for bond underwriting purposes and was prepared for <br />the City of Brentwood. <br /> <br />This appraisal involved the valuation of a 985-lot <br />single-family residential master planned community <br />that included residential, commercial and public use <br />components, and a non-contingent 224-acre industrial <br />park. This report was prepared for Bank of America. <br /> <br />Syrah is a proposed 245-unit residential condominium <br />development with dual phase valuations.
