That this Council hereby finds that the value of the <br /> <br />property interests proposed to be received by the city of Redwood <br /> <br />city which property is described and designated IIparcel B (pro- <br /> <br />perty to be received by the City of Redwood city) II in Exhibit IIAII <br /> <br />hereof, is equal to, or greater than, the value of the property <br /> <br />interests to be conveyed by the city of Redwood City, which pro- <br /> <br />perty is described and designated "Parcel A (property to be con- <br /> <br />veyed by the city of Redwood City) II in Exhibit IIA" hereof. <br /> <br />2. That the public interest, convenience and necessity <br /> <br />require the substitution and exchange. of the real property interests <br /> <br />herein described. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />3. That that certain agreement entitled IlAgreement - <br /> <br />Amending'Lease Agreement - Marine Harbor Restaurant Facilities, II <br /> <br />providing for the above mentioned substitution and exchange of <br /> <br />real property' interests, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the same for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the city of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />, '"'-- <br />
