<br />-#'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />paragraph 1, hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />3. Any informality in the bid for Elmer J. Freethy Company <br />is hereby waived. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that certain <br />agreement entitled "Redwood city G.l.D. No. l-65 - Agreement" <br />[form dated 7-31-70] between the City of Redwood City and Elmer J. <br />Freethy Company for the performance of said work in accordance with <br />the above mentioned proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently <br />on file in the office of the city Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br />thereof. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return <br />to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder upon <br />execution by it of a contract for the performance of said work, all <br />security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
