The above mentioned territory which <br /> <br />i.s designated as "Hillcrest Annexation No.. 2" is all that terri- <br /> <br />tory situate in the County of San Mateo, state of California, <br /> <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of Lot I, Block 24, as shown on <br />that certain map enti tled "Oak Knoll Ivlanor, II filed <br />on May 10, 1916 in the office of the Recorder of <br />-San Mateo County, california, in Volume 10 of Maps <br />at pages 4 to 11 inclusive, and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said Lot It <br />said corner also being a point in the Corporate Limits <br />line of the City of Redwood city as established by <br />Ordinance No. 776, dated September 7, 1954, said line <br />also being the common lot line for Lot 1 and Lot 2 of said <br />Block 24 ~ THENCE north\vesterly along said common lot line <br />and said Corporate Limits line, North 36u2813011 \\Test, <br />(shown as North 36u50150" West on that Parcel Map record'ed <br />October 21, 1969 in Volume 8, at.
