'6345 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FINDING AND DETE~1INING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, NAVillLY, S~O&~ AND FLOOD WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES, IN AND UPON THf~T CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; THAT Tfffi ACQUISITION OF A RIGHT OF WAY AND EASEMENTS IN SAID REAL PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED IS NECESSARY FOR SAID PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS 7 AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO BRING AN ACTION IN EMINENT DO~~IN TO ACQUIRE SAID REAL PROPERTY AND-TO APPLY FOR AN ORDER OF IMMEDIATE POSSESSION OF SAID REAL PROPERT~r AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO DEPOSIT MONEY FOR I~ll~DIATE POSSESSION OF SAID REAL PROPERTY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COill\ICIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That it hereby finds and determines and declares; That the public interest. and necessity require the acquisi- tion and construction by the City of Redwood city of a public improvement, namely, storm and flood water drainage facilities including the cons.truction of ditches, pipes, conduits, channelss banks and streams, and other public utili ties I together \-li th protective fences and related appurtenances in and upon that certain real property hereinafter described: That the acquisition by the City of Redwood city of a right of way and easements in and upon that certain real property here- inaft:er described is necessary for said public imp:covement; That said public improvement is the use to which said real .property is to be applied, and that said use is a public use authorized by law7 That said public improvement is planned and located in the manner which will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury; AND, BE IT FURTHE~ RESOLVEDi That the City of Redwood City acquire said right of way
