PARCEL SD29-3 A portion of Lot 36 in Block 1 as designated on that certain map entitled, T1Sterling Highlands No.3, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California,TT ~ecorded September 25, 1951 in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mat~o, State of California, in Book 33 of Maps at pages 41 and 42, more particularly described as follows: . ' Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of the 20.00 foot wide public uti li ty and drainage easement sho..vn on the above..mentioned map with the southeasterly line of the 5.00 foot wide public utility easement parallel and contiguous to the northwesterly line of said ~ot 36; thence from said poin~ of beginning northeasterly along said southeasterly line of said 5.00 foot wide easement a distance of 6.89 feet; thence leaving said southeasterly line of said 5.00 foot wide' ease- ment South 70 1ST West 20.42 feet to a point on said easterly line of said 20.00 foot wide easement; thence northerly along said easterly line of said 20.00 foot wide easement a distance of 16.90 feet to said point of beginning.
