<br />.- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby accepted and said <br />bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible <br />bidder for said work. <br />2. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />for the above mentioned work other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph I hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />3. Any informality in the bid of Power-Anderson, Inc., is <br />hereby waived. <br />4. The city Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood city that <br />certain agreement entitled "Redwood City G.I.D. No. 1-65 - <br />Agreement" (form dated 7/10/70) between the City of Redwood City <br />and Power-Anderson, Inc., for the performance of said work in <br />accordance with the above mentioned proposal, a copy of which <br />agreement is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy 'reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />5.
