Paragraph No. 1 of Resolution No. 5035, entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution Establishing Rates and Charges for the Use of <br /> <br />Facilitles and Services of the Redwood City Marine Harbor; and, <br /> <br />Repea ling Resolu tion No. 4178, it adopted May 16, 1966, by the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, is hereby amended to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Ill. In accordance with the provisions of section 25.43 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the following <br /> <br />schedule of rates and charges are hereby established for <br /> <br />the use of the. facilities and services in the Marine Harbor: <br /> <br />II A. RAMP LAUNCHINGS: <br /> Boats up to 18' - $ 1.00 (round trip) <br /> Boats up to 19' - $.1:50 (round trip) <br /> Boats up to 20' - $ 2.00 (round trip) <br /> Boats lip to 21' - $ 2.50 (round tr ip) <br /> Boats up to 22' - $ 3.00 (round trip) <br /> Boats up to 23' - $ 3 .50 (round trip) <br /> Boats up to 24' and over - $ 5 .00 (round trip) <br /> <br />tiRates for the use of the ramp for either launching or <br />beaching boats only shall be one-half of the price <br />quoted for the boats designated. <br /> <br />II B . ANNUAL RAMP PERMITS: <br /> <br />Permits issued during month of July - $12.00 <br />Permits issued during month of August - $11.00 <br />Permits issued during month of <br />September or at any time thereafter - $10.00 <br /> <br />II Payment of the above fees shall. be made in advance. <br /> <br />II Permits issued shall be valid from the date of issue <br />to the last day of, the next succeeding June. <br /> <br />-....... <br />'-.- <br />
