GROUP RATE FOR HOIST: <br /> <br />liThe terms..and conditions. for the issuance~.of:::.ac;permit <br />at the group rate shall be as established by Resolution <br />No. 3932, as amended. <br /> <br />liE. BERTHS: <br /> <br />(1) Class I berths (being slip berths having a <br />single walkway serving each boat and including <br />all slip berths constructed prior to April 30, <br />1961): <br /> <br />90e per linear foot of berth per mo~th <br /> <br />(2) Class II berths (being slip berths having two <br />walkways serving each boat and including all _ <br />slip berths constructed subsequent to April 30, <br />1961) : <br /> <br />$1.00 per linear foot of berth per month <br /> <br />(3) Class III berths (being berths on the head <br />f10a ts) : <br /> <br />75e per linear foot of berth per month provided <br />that the minimum monthly charge shall be $7.50 <br /> <br />"F. DRY STORAGE: <br /> <br />"10.00 per month, or 65e per linear foot of poat per <br />month, whichever is greater. The dry storage fee <br />shall~include the privilege of unlimited launching <br />ramp use without additional cost pursuant to <br />subparagraph A above. <br /> <br />"G. Labor and mater ials furnished by the City shall <br />be charged for at the rate of actual cost to City <br />plus overhead and administrative expenses." <br /> <br />2.
