California state Personnel Board setting forth <br /> <br />a proposed salary-setting policy for the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve the recommendations contained therein as to the <br /> <br />classification plan and salary plan for the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and to authorize the implementation thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLO:.yrS: <br /> <br />Those certain procedures and guide lines set forth <br /> <br />in Exhibit "All attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, <br /> <br />prepared by the California state Personnel Board, are hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to implement <br /> <br />the same with respect to the classification plan and salary plan <br /> <br />for the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />t.. <br />
