WHEREAS, notice of a hearing has been given in accordance with Section 9.7 of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the city of Redwood City: and WHEREAS, this C0uncil has conducted a hearing pursuant to said notice and heard testimony and received evidence concerning the condition of said structures and the estimated costs of abatement by repair! reconstruction or removal in accordance with the provisions o~ Section 9.8 of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the city of Redwood city: NON, THEREFORE: BE IT HESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. r.f'his Council hereby finds that the aforesai d structures and each and all of th~rn,' located on the the subject real property (being San fvJ.ateo County Assessor's parcel number 052-'385--010), constitute a public nuisance in that they, and each of them, "';, ,; ".
