<br />',~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />fail to comply, and exist and are maintained in violation of <br />specific requirements or prohibitions applicable thereto <br />, provided by the Housing, Health, Building and Fire Prevention <br />regulations of this City as specified, in Articles <br />II, V, and VIII of Chapter 9, Article III of Chapter 11, and <br />Article 'II or Chapter 12 of the Code of the city of Redwood city <br />as more particularly set out in the reports of the Building Inspector <br />'Fire Marshal, Fire Inspector, Vector Control Specialist, and <br />Public Health Sanitarian, which reports, together with testimony <br />and other evidence have been introduced as evidence in a hearing <br />before this Council. <br />This Council further finds and declares that the findings <br />contained in the aforesaid reports are substantially correct and <br />true. <br /> <br />2. The owner of the subject real property is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />directed to abate said nuisance within thirty days by having <br /> <br /> <br />said structures, and each and all of them, properly reconstructed <br /> <br /> <br />or repaired, or by having the same razed or removed. <br /> <br /> <br />3. The BuildingInspecto~ is hereby directed to transmit <br /> <br /> <br />to the owner and to such other persons as are known to have <br /> <br /> <br />as interest in the subject real property a 'certified copy of <br /> <br /> <br />this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />The Building Inspector is hereby further directed to notify <br /> <br /> <br />the owner of the subject real property that if said nuisance is <br /> <br /> <br />not so abated the. said structures, and each and all of them, <br /> <br /> <br />located thereon shall be razed or removed by the Building Inspector <br /> <br /> <br />and the expense therof made a lien upon the land from which they <br /> <br /> <br />were removed. <br /> <br />*, * * <br /> <br />"i i,i -\ <br /> <br />;1 <br />
