VJ 2.2.. 7 RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 6181 AND 6182, AND DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE, SUBJECT TO RESERVATION OF EASEMENT AND TO CERTAIN COVENANTS, WITHOUT PUBLIC NOTICE OR BID WHEREAS, Resolution No~ 6181, adopted January 5, 1970, declared certain City-owned ~eal property hereinafter described surplus, and authorized its sale, subject to the retention of an' easement, without public notice or bid: and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6182, adopted January 5, 1970, approved and authorized the execution of a revocable permit relating to installation, construction and maintenance of vehicular driveway and/or parking lot surfaces on a City-owned easement, a portion of said easement being that certain property described in the aforesaid Resolution No. 6181: and WHEREAS, the prospective purchaser of the real property described in said Resolution No. 6181 and hereinafter described, and likewise described in the revocable permit referred to in the aforesaid Resolution No. 6182, proposes and desires to purchase the said surplus real property without the requirement of entering into the said revocable permit for the use thereof: and WHEREAS, said proposed purchaser has agreed to purchase said surplus real property by grant deed in the form of "Exhibit A" hereof and attached hereto, which deed reserves an easement interest to the city and contains certain covenants relating to the use of the property conveyed to be made by the grantee thereof: and :1 WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner in fee~of "!'. WHEREAS, :this Council has received evidence that the herein- after described real property is not needed for present or prospective municipal purposes: provided, however, that the City ~\
