<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />retain an ~asement i.nterest therein for storm drainage purposes, <br />and that the grantee thereof make certain covenants regarding <br />the use thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br />sell the hereinafter described real property in accordance with <br />section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City at the <br />current market value therefor as determined by the City Assessor; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That Resolution No. 6181 and Resolution No. 6182, both <br />of said resolutions having been adopted January 5, 1970"by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, are, and each of them is, <br />hereby rescinded. <br />2. That this Council hereby finds and determines that a <br />fee interest in the hereinafter described parcel of real property <br />is not needed for present or future municipal purposes; provided, <br />however, that the City retain an easement for storm drainage <br />purposes therein, and that the grantee thereof enter certain <br />covenants relating to the use to be made of said real property, <br />and hereby declares the fee interest in said real property (subject <br />to the retention of the easement and the covenants aforesaid) to <br />be surplus. <br />3. That this Council hereby finds and determines that the <br />current market value of the fee interest (subject to retention <br />of the easement,-; and the covenants aforesaid) in the hereinafter <br />described parcel of real property is Two Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />($250.00) . <br />4. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />to execute a deed for the sale of the hereinafter described parcel <br /> <br />-2- <br />
