That certain conveyancing document entitled "Grant of <br /> <br /> <br />Temporary Easements," dated January 28, 1970, and executed by <br /> <br /> <br />the President and Vice-President of Leslie Properties, Inc., <br /> <br /> <br />and delivered to the City of Redwood City, is hereby approved, <br /> <br /> <br />and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to accept <br /> <br /> <br />said grant for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City, and <br /> <br /> <br />to cause said document to be recorded in the office of the <br /> <br /> <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, California. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> <br />directed to execute such quit claim deeds or other documents <br /> <br /> <br />necessary or desirable to evidence termination of the temporary <br /> <br /> <br />easements for maintenance of interim levee or dike improvements <br /> <br /> <br />described in the aforementioned document upon completion of the <br /> <br /> <br />final improvements to the exterior levee system of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />peninsula adjacent to Steinberger Slough, and acceptance by the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Redwood City of such improvements, and on demand made <br /> <br /> <br />pursuant to the terms and conditions of the document approved <br /> <br /> <br />and accepted in paragraph 1 hereof. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
