That the acquisition by said city of rights of way and easements in and upon that certain real property hereinafter described is necessary for said public improvem~nt; That said public improvement is the. use to which said real property is to be applied, and that said use is a public use authorized by law; That said public improvement is planned and located in the manner which will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city of Redwood City acquire said r~ghts of way and easements in and upon said real property for said public
