<br />improvement,by an action il"l;' eminent domain in accordance with the

<br />provisions of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the provisions

<br />of Article 1, Section 14, of the Constitution of the state of

<br />California, and the provisions of the Code of civil Procedure of
<br />
<br />the state of California relating to eminent domain, said real property
<br />
<br />and easements being more particularly described as follows:

<br />The perpetual right, privilege, easement and right of way to
<br />
<br />excavate, construct, install, replace (of the initial or any other
<br />
<br />size), maintain, repair, and use such sanitary sewer lines and
<br />
<br />facilities, together with appurtenances thereto, as the City of
<br />Redwood City shall from time to time elect within all or any part
<br />
<br />of the hereinafter described parcels of real property situate in
<br />
<br />the City of Redwood City, County of sa~ Mateo, State of California,
<br />more particularly described as follows:

<br />
<br />A strip of land twenty (20.00) feet in width, the southerly boundary
<br />line of which is described ,as follows: Beginning at a point of inter-
<br />. section of the Northwesterly boundary line of the lands described in
<br />the Lease from Jay Franklin Salaman, Et Al~ to the County of San
<br />Mateo, recorded May 4, 1967, in Book 5302 Official Records of San
<br />Mateo County, Page 410 and amendment thereto in Page 420, with the
<br />Northeasterly boundary line of Bayshore Freeway as described in the
<br />Deed from S. H. Frank & 'Company to the State of California, recorded,
<br />December'17, 195~, 'in Book 3144 Official Records, Page 580; thence
<br />southeasterly along said Northeasterly line of Bayshore Freeway a
<br />distance of 234.0 feet, more or less, to a point of intersection of
<br />the Northwesterly line of Maple Street' (formerly Steinberger Street)
<br />\vith the said Northeasterly line of Bayshore Freeway.

<br />A strip of land twenty (20.00) feet in width, the southerly boundary
<br />line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point of inter-
<br />section of the Northwesterly boundary line of the lands described in
<br />the Lease from Jay Franklin Salaman, Et aI, to the County of San
<br />Mateo, recorded May 4, 1967, in Book 5302 Official Records of San
<br />Mateo County, Page 410 and amendment thereto in Page 420, with the
<br />Northeasterly boundary line of Bayshore Freeway as described in the
<br />Deed from S. H. Frank & Company to the' Sta te of Californ'ia, recorded
<br />December 17, 1956, in Book 3144 Official Records, Page 580; thence
<br />northwesterly along said Northeasterly line of Bayshore Freeway a
<br />distance of 803.0 feet, more or less, to' a point of intersection of
<br />said Northeasterly line of Bayshore Freeway with the Easterly bank
<br />. (line) of Redwood Creek, as said Easterly bank is described in
<br />Parcel Six of the deed from the Doxsee Company to S. H. Frank & Co.,
<br />. recorded September 20, 1932, in Book 577 Official Records of San
<br />Mateo County, Page 11 (14045-C), said Easterly bank of Redwood Creek
<br />bearing North 780 West at the point of intersection with the North-
<br />easterly line of Bayshore Freeway. .
