<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Temporary easements in the hereinafter described parcels <br /> <br />of real property designated Parcels SC-la and SC-2a for the <br /> <br />purpose of depositing such earth, building materials, tools, <br /> <br />equipment, vehicles and appliances and the doing of all such <br /> <br />other things as the City of Redwood City shall from time to time <br /> <br />elect and as are necessary or convenient in connection with the <br /> <br />excavation, construction, installation, maintenance, repair, <br /> <br />improvement and use of such sanitary sewer lines and facilities <br /> <br />and appurtenances thereto as sai'd city shall perform upon and <br /> <br />in the above described Parcels SC-l and SC-2 during the term <br /> <br />of the construction easements ~n the property hereinafter <br /> <br />described. The term of said construction easements within the <br /> <br />parcels of real property described hereinafter shall continue <br /> <br />and be for such time as said City deems necessary and convenient <br /> <br />for the purposes described hereinabove and until said City <br /> <br />vacates the hereinafter described parcels of real property, <br /> <br />but in no event shall said temporary c9ristruction easements <br /> <br />,continue to exist after com~letion and acceptance by said City <br /> <br /> <br />of construction of the sanitary sewer lines and facilities and <br /> <br />appurtenances within Parcels SC-l and SC-2 hereinabove described, <br /> <br />or after the expiration of two years from the date of possession <br /> <br />of said temporary easements by said City, whichever sooner <br /> <br />occurs. The temporary construction easements described herein <br /> <br />are easements within that certain ~eal property situate in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood city, County of San Mateo, state of California, <br /> <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel SC~la, SC-2a <br /> <br />A strip of land 30 feet in width lying adjacent and <br />contiguous to the northeasterly boundary line of those <br />20 foot wide permanent easement strips of land herein- <br />above described and designated Parcels SC-l and SC-2. <br /> <br />The perpetual right, privilege, easement and right of way <br /> <br />to e~cavate, construct, install, replace (of the initial or any <br /> <br />-3- <br />
