<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:yc:l2/3l/69 <br /> <br />ORIGI NAL <br /> <br />RESOLUT.!ON <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />(0 2..\ ~ <br /> <br />ffB 2 '10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />TO INSTALL PUBLIC UTILITY GUY WIRES AND ANCHORS ON <br />CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pacific Gas and Electric Company has requested <br /> <br />permission of the City of Redwood City to install public utility <br /> <br />guy wires and anchors on City-owned real property described in <br /> <br />"Exhibit A" attached to that certain revocable permit, which <br /> <br />is attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant a <br /> <br />revocable permit permitting such use subject to the following <br /> <br />designated terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />the revocable permit, a copy of which is attached hereto, to <br /> <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Said revocable permit is <br /> <br />to permit use of that certain City-owned real property, more <br /> <br />particularly described in "Exhibit A" of that certain revocable <br /> <br />permit, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, <br /> <br />for public utility purposes. Said revocable permit shall not <br /> <br />be effective until such time as Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br /> <br />executes an acceptance of its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />2. That the revocable permit shall be that permit entitled <br /> <br />"Grant of Revocable Permit - Vicinity of Lots lO and ll, Block l5 <br /> <br />of Highlands of Emerald Lake, subdivision One.1I <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
