<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> <br />(Vicinity of Lots 10 and ll, Block 15 of <br />Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision One) <br /> <br />Pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />of the Council of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, permission is hereby granted to the <br /> <br />PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, hereinafter called" Permittee, II <br /> <br />to maintain two overhead public utility guy wires and anchors <br /> <br />on that certain property owned by the city of Redwood City and <br /> <br />more particularly described in "Exhibit A, II attached hereto, <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />This permit is granted subject to the following express <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />l. This permit is revocable at any time at the will of <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Redwood City, does not constitute a <br /> <br />deed or grant of easement, is not transferable, and is temporary <br /> <br />in nature. <br /> <br />2. The permission granted herein shall terminate automatically <br /> <br />if the above described use by Permittee interferes with a City use. <br /> <br />3. The permission granted herein shall terminate automatically <br /> <br />if the present easement of Permittee on Lots lO and ll, described <br /> <br />in Volume 5132 of Official Records of San Mateo County at <br /> <br />page 323, should terminate. <br /> <br />4. This permit shall terminate automatically at such time <br /> <br />as Permittee ceases to maintain the guy wires and anchors or <br /> <br />in the event Permittee fails to install such guy wires within <br /> <br />one year of the granting of this permit. <br /> <br />5. This permit is for the above described guy wires and <br /> <br />anchors only, and Permittee shall not maintain any poles or other <br /> <br />structures or obstructions upon the above described parcel. <br />
