MEETINGS: <br /> Regufar mee�ings of the �ibrary Board shall be hefd once a mon�n. Ail mee�ings <br /> sha11 be open fo the pubiic. Four of the seven members shafl constitute a <br /> quorum. �he Library Board may estab�ish ru(es and procedures governing #he <br /> conduct of its meetings.
